Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma in Graphic Design/Creative Media or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of professional graphic design/video experience.
• Strong portfolio with a range of design skills.
• Interest in children's products and academic content preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design marketing materials such as social media posts, brochures, company profiles, sales presentations and product visuals.
• Create and edit short videos for Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
• Shoot simple product, factory, book sample and behind-the-scenes content.
• Use AI tools to support content ideas, visuals, captions and videos.
• Prepare content assets for outsourced social media team.
• Support the sales team with company profile, PowerPoint presentation, WhatsApp sales materials and other marketing tools.
• Occasionally appear on camera for product explanation, factory walkthrough or exhibition content.
• Occasionally travel for exhibitions, book fairs, client visits or content shooting.
• Maintain consistent branding and visual quality across all marketing materials.
