Job summary

Prudential Services Asia is seeking a senior technology leader to own the Coupa Source-to-Pay platform across multiple markets. You will guarantee BAU service levels, drive continuous improvement, and lead project-driven migrations aligned with the group’s core model and master-data governance.

The role sits on the Technology Platform team, partnering with Procurement, Finance, Risk and Audit to deliver scalable, compliant solutions and a sustainable rollout pipeline across the region.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in enterprise technology platform ownership or equivalent.
• Proven track record delivering multi-market Coupa/S2P platform initiatives.
• Strong governance, risk and compliance experience (SOX/ITGC).
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and cross-market stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Own the Coupa S2P platform across production instances and markets.
• Define platform standards and master data governance.
• Lead incident and change-management aligned to SLA targets.
• Drive end-to-end Change & Release pipeline and multi-market migrations.
• Coordinate readiness across ERP and peripheral systems for go-lives.
