Job summary

Eaton in Malaysia seeks a Country Manager to lead the full spectrum of power distribution and power quality solutions. You will drive sales strategy, nurture key customer relationships, and coordinate pricing, tenders, and marketing assets to grow market share and profitability.

Role requires 10+ years in sales/marketing with leadership experience, and a strong grasp of local codes and standards. You will report to the regional leadership and build a high-performing local team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration or marketing.
• Minimum 10 years field sales or product line marketing/manufacturing experience recommended.
• Strong leadership, negotiation and market knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Drive country sales strategy for power distribution and power quality products and solutions.
• Hire, onboard, train and motivate direct reports to achieve sales objectives.
• Manage key customer relationships and major negotiations to maximize growth and profitability.
• Coordinate pricing strategy, tendering processes and local marketing materials for Malaysia.
• Develop localized sales tools and marketing assets and coordinate with regional teams.
