Job summary

Econframe Marketing Sdn Bhd in Kapar, Selangor seeks a detail-oriented cost analyst to analyze manufacturing costs, maintain actual and standard costing, and prepare monthly cost reports. You will work closely with sourcing teams to ensure BOM costs are accurate and timely.

Fresh graduates are welcome. Diploma holders in Business Studies/Accounting or related disciplines, fluent in English/Mandarin/Bahasa Melayu, and proficient in Microsoft Excel are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Studies/ Accounting or related disciplines.
• Able to communicate in English/Mandarin/Bahasa Melayu.

Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing costs and prepare related reports.
• Maintain and compute actual and standard costing.
• Proactive analysis of variances between actual costing and standard costing.
• Compile and analyze product costing and reporting.
• Calculate finished goods standard cost for selling price.
• Coordinate BOM cost with sourcing teams for timeliness and accuracy.
• Monitor BOM to ensure standard costs and selling prices are accurate.
• Perform monthly physical stock counts for raw materials and WIP; review stock reports.
• Prepare monthly cost consumption reports.
• Review and update standard cost changes over time.
• Assist in yearly budget calculations for raw material consumption.
• Provide strategic suggestions for process improvements.
• Assist with ad hoc analyses and reporting as needed by supervisor.
