Job summary

Bell Ward is seeking a Corporate Finance/Strategy Lead to partner with senior leadership, commercial teams and operations to drive profitable growth, evaluate strategic initiatives, and support M&A, capital allocation, and performance management.

You will build financial models, lead cross-functional strategic projects, and develop multi-year plans, while translating priorities into actionable financial and operational initiatives with robust KPI tracking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field.
• CFA or CPA/ACCA qualified.
• Min 5-8 years of experience in Corporate Finance/Strategy.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation and analytical skills.
• Experience working with senior leadership and influencing decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead Strategic Growth & Portfolio Management initiatives and multi-year growth plans.
• Develop corporate strategy, long-range plans and annual strategic reviews.
• Support portfolio strategy across brands, SKUs, categories and geographies.
• Build and own financial models for strategic initiatives and investments.
• Evaluate capital allocation decisions including capex and product launches.
• Support ROI and scenario analyses for major decisions.
• Lead cross-functional strategic projects sponsored by the executive team.
• Prepare executive-level presentations for Board and leadership meetings.

This role partners closely with senior leadership, commercial teams, and operations to drive profitable growth, evaluate strategic initiatives, and support M&A, capital allocation, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Growth & Portfolio Management: Lead the development of multi-year growth plans, focusing on market penetration, category expansion, and portfolio optimization.
• Lead development of corporate strategy, long-range plans, and annual strategic reviews
• Support portfolio strategy (brands, SKUs, categories, geographies) based on profitability, growth, and market trends
• Conduct market, competitor, and consumer economics analysis
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable financial and operational initiatives
• Build and own financial models for strategic initiatives, business cases, and investments
• Evaluate capital allocation decisions including capex, new product launches, pricing initiatives, and capacity expansion
• Support ROI and scenario analysis for major decisions
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes
• Evaluate and execute mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships to accelerate market entry or acquire new product capabilities.
• Evaluate joint ventures, licensing, and strategic partnerships
• Lead cross-functional special projects sponsored by the executive team
• Develop and track strategic KPIs (growth, margins, working capital, ROIC)
• Prepare executive-level presentations and materials for Board and leadership meetings

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
• CFA or CPA/ACCA qualified
• Min 5-8 years of working experience within Corporate Finance/Strategy
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills
• Experience working with senior leadership and influencing decision-making
