Job summary

TusStar Malaysia invites you to join as a Corporate Services Intern for a 6-month program. You will gain hands-on experience in business analysis, corporate services, and cross-department project support, while developing communication, research, and proposal-building skills.

High-performing interns may be considered for a full-time position. You will identify trends, monitor performance, and support multiple departments by attending meetings, taking minutes, and preparing proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration or related field; fresh graduates encouraged.
• 6-month internship commitment and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and spoken English; Mandarin proficiency; Malay a plus; able to work independently and in a team.

• Identify, evaluate, develop, and present trends, data, analyses, and other relevant information on high-potential future businesses
• Monitor and analyse qualitative and quantitative performance reports and updates on current operations
• Support multiple departments by attending meetings, taking minutes, developing business proposals/pitch decks, and completing ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisors

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration or a related field. Fresh graduates and current students are encouraged to apply
• Available for a 6-month internship commitment
• Capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Basic understanding of Malaysian government policies and the local business environment, with awareness of relevant regulations and compliance requirements
• Proficient in both written and verbal communication in Mandarin and English; proficiency in Malay is a preferred plus
• Demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills, sound logical thinking, and a high level of task execution
