Job summary

RHB Bank Berhad is seeking a Relationship Manager to build and sustain strong relationships with a portfolio of Corporate clients. You will assess financial needs and offer suitable banking products to meet sales targets while enhancing customer satisfaction.

You will proactively grow the corporate client base, conduct needs analyses, prepare tailored proposals, and collaborate with product specialists, credit analysts, and operations teams to ensure seamless service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage and grow a portfolio of Corporate clients, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling RHB's financial products and services.
• Develop and execute client retention strategies to foster long-term relationships and increase customer loyalty.
• Conduct thorough financial needs analysis for clients, providing tailored advice and solutions across various banking products such as loans, deposits, investments, and insurance.
• Prepare and present financial proposals, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product specialists, credit analysts, and operations teams, to deliver seamless and efficient client service.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry best practices.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure all client interactions and transactions adhere to regulatory requirements and ethical standards.
• Resolve client queries and complaints promptly and professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
