Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Senior Accounts Executive to provide essential administrative and analytical support for various business reporting, market research, and corporate finance matters within the property business unit. This role is crucial in monitoring the financial health of development projects and supporting strategic financing initiatives.

Job Responsibilities
  • Perform financial forecasts, including Profit & Loss projections for development projects, and prepare Cashflow updates and forecasts.
  • Act as the primary liaison with banks for periodic financial reviews, managing all necessary legal, cashflow, and financial update submissions.
  • Monitor compliance with all bank and bond covenants and ensure the timely fulfillment of all renewal requirements.
  • Conduct thorough analysis and reviews for feasibility studies of new projects.
  • Support senior management in securing financing from bankers and provide comprehensive administrative support for business development, property valuation, and corporate finance activities.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Real Estate, or an equivalent field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience in audit, banking, or corporate finance is preferred; knowledge in real estate or property valuation is a significant advantage.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be resourceful, possess good initiative, and be capable of working independently and as a strong team player.
  • High proficiency in financial modeling, analysis, and reporting is essential.
