Robin Lynn & Lee, in collaboration with DFDL, seeks an Associate to join our Kuala Lumpur office. The successful candidate will work in a collaborative, multi-cultural environment alongside experienced lawyers and corporate advisers, with clear pathways for career progression and professional development.

The role is full-time and permanent, based in Kuala Lumpur, focusing on corporate matters, with a monthly salary range of RM7,500 to RM8,500.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Law degree (LL.B) and be admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor in Malaysia.
• 2 to 3 years PQE in corporate law at a reputable firm.
• Strong technical knowledge of corporate law and contracts.
• Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Draft advices, opinions and contracts, negotiate contracts and assist with due diligence.
• Supervise and manage client matters.
• Report to Partners and supervising lawyers.
• Draft and review fee proposals and assist with invoices.
• Participate in learning and development initiatives.
• Contribute to business development and marketing activities.
• Engage in knowledge management and firm administration as requested.
