Job description

This role supports marketing content for the CFD industry with native level English writing skills and strong French language capabilities to create engaging, persuasive and brand-aligned promotional copy. The role is central to turning financial products, trading services and promotional campaigns into clear, persuasive, brand-aligned content, driving audience engagement and conversion across EDMs, landing pages, banners, social media and other digital marketing channels. You will be working closely with Marketing, Design, CRM, Product, Regional, and Compliance teams to deliver campaigns and content projects.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging, commercially effective copy for promotional campaigns, product launches, brand initiatives, and other marketing projects.
• Write content for EDMs, landing pages, websites, banners, social media, paid ads, and partner communications.
• Develop campaign concepts, headlines, taglines, CTAs, and key promotional messages.
• Translate CFD, and financial market information into clear, accessible, commercially effective content.
• Write conversion-focused EDM content, including subject lines, preheaders, headings, body copy and CTAs.
• Prepare scripts, talking points, and Q&A content for live streams, webinars, or online events as required.
• Write, adapt, or localise English content into natural, market-appropriate French; support French-language content where relevant. Adapt the tone and messaging for different audiences, markets and marketing channels.
• Partner with Marketing, Design, CRM, Product, Regional, and Compliance teams to deliver campaigns and content projects.
• Ensure content aligns with company's tone of voice, brand guidelines, campaign terms and financial compliance requirements.
• Edit and proofread marketing materials for accuracy, consistency, and quality.
• Manage multiple projects and deliverables within agreed timelines.
• Contribute creative, commercially relevant ideas during campaign planning and brainstorming.
• Optimise copy based on campaign performance, audience response and business objectives.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in copywriting/content creation or marketing communications.
• Marketing experience within CFD/trading/financial services or another regulated industry. Prior experience in an CFD/trading platform/fintech/bank or other financial services environment is a strong advantage.
• Experience working on multilingual or regional marketing campaigns with a good understanding of European markets and regional customer preferences.
• Familiarity with financial promotion requirements, campaign terms and mandatory risk disclosures.
• Experience writing live stream, webinar, video script or Q&A content.
• Native-level English writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with strong French language capability for content localisation.
• Strong creative copywriting skills, with the ability to produce engaging, persuasive and commercially effective promotional content.
• Solid understanding of CFDs, and financial market terminology, with the ability to translate campaign objectives into effective copy.
• Experience using CRM platforms, EDM tools or marketing automation platforms.
• Strong marketing sense and an understanding of campaign messaging, customer journeys, audience engagement and conversion-focused copy.
• Excellent time and project management skills, comfortable managing multiple deadlines.
• Collaborative and open to feedback, working effectively across departments, regions, and languages.
