About the Role:

You will provide financial and administrative services to support the end-to-end procurement process. Resolve service requests and other vendor inquiries and provide support to local finance teams and those transitioning to the Global Business Services (GBS) function across the Procure To Pay (PTP) process. You will report to the Procurement Manager and use a hybrid work schedule.

You Will:
  • Validate new supplier requests and supplier maintenance requests.
  • Ensure all supplier record/data is complete accurate.
  • Review and verify supporting documentation for new supplier creation and profile updates.
  • Maintain relationship with business team, suppliers and finance team in any Procurement activities to ensure excellent customer experience with the Association.
  • Perform supplier data checks and clean up to ensure supplier data is updated and correct.
Purchase Requisition:
  • Receive, validate and record purchase requisitions to create purchase orders.
  • Validate information on requisition forms against contracts
  • Help prepare periodic reports on purchasing activity, open PRs/POs, and accruals.
  • Collaborate with IT to resolve any technical issues related to Purchasing module in Oracle.
  • Assist updating Procurement policy and guides.
Purchase Contract:
  • Receive, validate and record supplier contracts and issue related purchase orders.
  • Maintain the purchase contract database, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
  • Input all supplier contracts, renewals, amendments, expirations, and monitor.
  • Help improve reporting systems.
Qualifications

  • 0-2 years' related experience
  • Diploma in business, finance or accounting
