Job summary

Businesslist, in Malaysia, is looking for a Customer Service Executive to ensure end-to-end supply chain visibility and operational efficiency. You will coordinate daily with customers, carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to meet performance and cost targets.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in transport management or supply chain operations, excellent communication skills in English, and is willing to work rotational shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in transport management, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations.
• Strong understanding of logistics processes, transport operations, and supply chain visibility.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with freight forwarding IT systems desirable.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customers and service providers.
• Monitor and track shipment execution, ensuring milestones are updated.
• Handle customer requests and supply chain incidents in line with service levels.
