Job summary

Discova in Kuala Lumpur is hiring a Contracting Executive to help source, manage and promote a high-quality travel product portfolio. You will work with the Regional Contracting Leader and cross-functional teams to strengthen supplier relationships and drive commercial success.

You'll coordinate contracting activities, ensure documentation accuracy, and support speed-to-market objectives while growing your negotiation and product knowledge within a global travel business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 1+ years of experience in Travel or Contracting.
• Good command of written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day product sourcing across the assigned portfolio.
• Contact suppliers to secure contracting documentation and packs.
• Source rate agreements and promote supplier participation in campaigns.
• Secure product content, descriptions, and images to support display and sales.
• Maintain supplier contracts and documentation per policy.
• Coordinate product and rate updates to speed-to-market objectives.
• Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Collaborate with global counterparts to document contracting standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day product sourcing activities across the assigned portfolio.
• Contact suppliers to secure contracting documentation and contracting packs.
• Source rate agreements and encourage supplier participation in campaigns and promotional opportunities.
• Secure product content, descriptions, and images to support product display and sales across channels.
• Maintain supplier contracts and documentation in accordance with One Best Way policies and standards.
• Ensure Contract Masterfile accuracy and currency.
• Coordinate product and rate updates through Fresh Service to support speed-to-market objectives.
• Manage supplier connectivity and distribution opportunities with internal connectivity teams.
• Investigate and resolve product-related questions and issues raised by internal stakeholders.
• Benchmark contracts and promotions to ensure competitiveness and maximize margin opportunities.
• Utilize system reports to identify and resolve rate and availability issues.
• Manage supplier email communications and track responses to surveys, solicitations, and information requests.
• Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Collaborate with global counterparts to identify and document global contracting standards and SOPs.
• Promote preferred suppliers where appropriate.
• Meet targets and deadlines established by leadership.
• Participate in training and development opportunities.
• Continuously build knowledge and expertise of the Discova product portfolio.

About You

The Essentials

• Bachelor's Degree or 1+ years of experience in Travel or Contracting.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
