Job summary

DayOne in Malaysia seeks a Contract Manager to oversee end-to-end contract management for data center projects. You will draft, review, and negotiate contracts, manage pre-qualification of consultants, and steer tendering processes toward successful awards.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Quantity Surveying or Contract Management and at least four years in construction, QS consultancy or developer firms; Thai project experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveyor or Contract Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years' experience in construction, QS consultancy or developer firms; Thai project experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end contract management.
• Draft and review contractual documents; handle disputes.
