Job summary

Gadang Group of Companies is seeking an experienced Project Planner to join our Kuala Lumpur team on a contract basis. You will develop and maintain detailed project plans, monitor progress, and mitigate risks to ensure on-time delivery of complex construction projects.

Based at our site office in Bukit Tinggi, you will coordinate with cross-functional teams, provide regular stakeholder updates, and continuously optimise plans to improve efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering, Building Construction or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience as Project Planner in construction.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 with scheduling, progress monitoring and reporting.
• Strong problem-solving, data analysis, and stakeholder communication.
• Own transportation and willing to work at Bukit Tinggi site office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules to track progress and meet milestones.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues that could impact timelines.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for alignment and efficient resource allocation.
• Provide regular updates to project stakeholders on status of the project.
• Continuously optimise project plans to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry best practices.
