Job summary

Businesslist in Malaysia is seeking a skilled Contract Management Specialist to draft, review, and negotiate contracts that align with our business goals. You will provide expert risk-focused advice, maintain a centralized contract database, and ensure compliance with relevant laws in the Technology & Telecoms sector.

Qualifications

• Min. 6-8 years of experience in commercial contracting and contract management, ideally within an in-house legal environment.
• A strong understanding of contract law and legal principles.
• Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts.
• Knowledge of the Technology & Telecoms industry is an advantage.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in relevant legal and contract management software.
• A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to challenges.
