Job Description

• Responsible for end-to-end spectrum of contract management.
• Implement all policies, activities, and procedures as relevant and required by the company.
• Draft, review contractual documents, and handle contractual disputes and/or issues.
• Pre‑qualify consultants and contractors, evaluate, and recommend to management.
• Request fee proposals from multi-disciplinary consultants and onboard successful consultants.
• Liaise with consultants for the entire tendering process, including strategizing tender packages, evaluating the suitability of forms of contract, and specifying conditions of tendering.
• Review tender and contract documents prepared by consultants.
• Lead the tendering exercise: call for tenders, review tender reports, attend tender interviews, negotiate, finalize, and prepare recommendation reports to management for contract award.
• Coordinate with the consultant QS to provide monthly project financial statements for reporting purposes.
• Manage contract administration and vendor relationships.
• Track payments submitted by contractors and consultants.
• Review the final accounts statements prepared by consultants.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the immediate superior.

Experience & Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Contract Management, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in construction, QS consulting, or developer companies.

Skills & Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of pre‑ and post‑contract works, various forms of contracts, cost control, budgeting, and contractual issues.
• Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
