Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in construction, QS consulting, or developer companies.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for end-to-end spectrum of contract management.
• Draft, review contractual documents, and handle contractual disputes.
• Lead the tendering exercise: call for tenders, review reports, negotiate.
• Manage contract administration and vendor relationships.

Skills

Strong knowledge of pre- and post-contract works

Excellent negotiation skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)

Education
