Job summary

Compart Systems Technologies (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a skilled Technician to support production by maintaining machinery, ensuring process reliability, and driving continuous improvement.

The role involves machine setup, troubleshooting, and first‑article inspections, in collaboration with engineers and production teams to resolve technical issues. This 6‑month contract position requires a Diploma in a related field with at least 2 years of relevant experience, and experience with CNC

Qualifications

Diploma in a related field with at least 2 years of experience.
Experience handling CNC and lathe machines.
Willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts including weekends/public holidays.
Adhere to safety procedures and maintain 6S housekeeping.

Responsibilities

Maintain overall performance and functionality of production machinery.
Perform machine setup and first-article inspections.
Identify and implement improvements to machine reliability and performance.
Ensure safe operations by adhering to safety procedures.
Document actions and communicate needs across shifts.
Train less experienced technicians.
Perform other tasks as required by management.
