Job summary

Perbadanan Kemajuan Pertanian Selangor (PKPS) is seeking a creative Copywriter to develop engaging content that strengthens our brand, promotes products and services, and communicates our initiatives to the public. You will produce copy for digital marketing, websites, campaigns, and corporate communications across Malaysia's Selangor region.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of copywriting experience, strong English and Bahasa Malaysia writing skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, English, Creative Writing, Public Relations, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in copywriting, content creation, corporate communications, digital marketing, or a related role.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Experience creating content for websites, social media, advertising, or marketing campaigns.
• Creative thinker with strong storytelling ability and attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of SEO content writing, AI writing tools, Canva, or digital marketing platforms will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop engaging and persuasive copy for digital marketing campaigns, social media, websites, brochures, advertisements, speeches, and corporate communications.
• Create compelling content that promotes PKPS' brands, products, agricultural initiatives, events, and community programmes.
• Collaborate with marketing, creative, and business teams to deliver consistent messaging across all communication channels.
• Conduct research on market trends, customer insights, and industry developments to produce relevant and impactful content.
• Review and edit content to ensure clarity, accuracy, brand consistency, and high-quality communication.
• Support campaign planning by developing creative concepts and content ideas that increase public engagement and brand awareness.
