Job summary

Private Advertiser in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Content & Retail Associate to create high-performing short-form video content and digital marketing assets across social channels, while supporting retail operations, consignments, and inventory management.

You will plan, script, shoot, and edit videos for TikTok and Instagram, host on-camera segments, collaborate with marketing, and engage with our collector community to drive growth and conversions.

Job description

We are seeking an energetic and creative Content & Retail Associate to drive our brand's visual identity and engage our collector community. In this hybrid role, your primary mission will be creating high-performing, short-form video content and digital marketing assets across our social channels, backed by day-to-day retail floor operations, client consignments, and collectibles inventory management.

Key responsibilities

Plan, script, shoot, and edit original short-form video content optimized for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other social media platform.

Serve as an engaging on-camera host to present rare incoming consignments, live card pack breaks, new stocks arrival, and industry trends.

Collaborate with the marketing and advisory teams to align content calendars with key commercial milestones, such as auction drops, featured card listings, and promotional campaigns.

Write punchy, conversion-driven captions, leverage trending audio/hashtags, and implement SEO best practices to maximize organic reach and viewer conversion.

Monitor performance metrics (views, engagement rates, click-throughs) and refine visual strategies based on platform analytics and community feedback.

Actively interact with our online audience by replying to comments and direct messages, fostering a loyal community of collectors and potential consignors.

Act as the primary point of contact for walk-in clients, incoming phone calls, and digital messaging platforms.

Educate and assist clients with core services, including auction consignments and professional card grading options.

Process POS register transactions, manage cash register operations, and keep the retail store clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

Accurately receive, log, and perform basic evaluation/sorting of incoming consignment items (trading cards, memorabilia, fine art).

About you

Only for Malaysian.

Minimum Diploma or Degree in any field.

Hands-on experience producing, editing, and publishing short-form video content (Portfolio required).

Strong verbal and written communication skills with an articulate, natural presence on camera.

Knowledge of or active interest in trading card games, sports cards, collectibles, or memorabilia is an added advantage.
