Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Senior Quality Specialist to partner with internal teams and ensure regular audits of Content Review decisions for accuracy. You will work with QA Leaders to report top issues, explain policy changes to local teams, and deliver targeted training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or high school diploma with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 1 year in an audit or quality environment performing QC and analysis.
• Strong Excel skills including PivotTables and charts.
• Proficiency with Word and PowerPoint; Google Slides/Sheets also used.
• Fluency in European languages together with English.

Responsibilities

• Audit decisions for content review and provide performance feedback to teams.
• Aggregate, prioritize, and report top issues impacting decision accuracy.
• Explain policy changes to local teams and identify knowledge gaps.
• Deliver just-in-time and refresher training on Content Policies.
• Re-review audits and investigate escalations to identify root causes.
• Mentor auditors on audit tools and systems; document processes.
