Job summary

Cognizant Malaysia is seeking a Digital Content Specialist to deliver high-quality content services with rigorous review and advanced Excel analytics. You will implement practical generative AI and prompt engineering to improve accuracy, efficiency, and user experience across hybrid teams in a multinational environment.

You will apply structured review workflows, develop prompts, and maintain knowledge bases while ensuring compliance with quality standards.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in digital content services or related content operations
• Strong hands-on MS Excel skills including formulas, filters, pivot, and data cleanup for reporting
• Practical experience with generative AI to support content creation, transformation, or summarization
• Solid prompt engineering skills to design, test, and refine prompts for consistent outputs
• Experience in digital media content platforms or content operations where accuracy and safety matter
• Understanding analytics-driven content optimization and moderation is a plus
• Hybrid work familiarity and ability to coordinate with stakeholders
• Day-shift schedule with minimal travel and on-site collaboration when required
• Excellent written and spoken English for documentation and communication

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed content review across multiple digital channels to ensure accuracy and consistency with guidelines
• Apply advanced MS Excel skills to structure, analyze, and report content-related data for decision making
• Use generative AI tools responsibly to create and refine digital content while adhering to quality and privacy guidelines
• Design and document prompts to optimize AI outputs for clarity, accuracy, and brand alignment
• Conduct human–AI content comparisons to identify gaps and drive higher quality outcomes
• Collaborate with hybrid teams to clarify requirements and resolve delivery issues
• Monitor content performance metrics and build Excel dashboards to highlight trends and risks
• Document outcomes and recurring issues to support audit readiness and knowledge sharing
• Assist in training team members on MS Excel, AI tools, and prompt engineering
• Contribute to a culture of responsible AI and safe usage across projects
• Identify bottlenecks in workflows and propose improvements to reduce rework
• Support incident resolution by reviewing impacted content sets and suggesting fixes
• Prepare concise status reports on workload and quality indicators
• Engage in continuous learning on AI trends and content safety frameworks
