Job summary

FELEMENT Malaysia is seeking a talented videographer and content creator to produce engaging short-form videos for our social channels, product pages, courses, testimonials, and campaigns. You will shoot and edit in-house, tailoring content to Instagram Reels, Facebook, and local platforms, with a strong eye for storytelling.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years' experience, a strong portfolio, proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut/Jianying, and basics of After Effects, and can work

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in videography, video editing, content creation, or related creative production work.
• Strong portfolio showing short-form videos for social media, campaigns, testimonials, product, or brand content.
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut / Jianying, and basic After Effects or motion graphics tools.
• Able to shoot and edit independently with good visual sense, pacing, storytelling, and attention to detail.
• Good understanding of social media video formats, hooks, trends, audience attention, and content engagement.
• Comfortable using or learning AI tools to support content ideation, scripting, editing workflow, subtitles, and creative improvement.
• Responsible, organized, open to feedback, and able to meet deadlines.
• Positive attitude, ownership mindset, and willingness to contribute to company growth.

Responsibilities

• Create video content for FELEMENT’s social media, brand, product, course, testimonial, event, and marketing campaigns.
• Shoot and edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, Facebook, and 小红书.
• Produce content such as Founder IP videos, FELEMENT reels, course videos, product testimonials, course testimonials, product Q&A, and campaign videos.
• Turn marketing ideas and content direction into engaging visual storytelling.
• Handle editing, subtitles, pacing, basic motion graphics, colour correction, and post-production.
• Repurpose long-form content into short clips, highlights, teasers, and reels.
• Work closely with marketing, content, and creative teams to deliver videos on time.
• Organize video footage, project files, and content assets properly.
• Contribute fresh ideas for video hooks, formats, angles, and content improvements.
