TP is seeking a Content Moderator to review and manage user-generated internet content. You will follow client policies to uphold community guidelines, work on a rotation schedule, and participate in continuous training while maintaining confidentiality and high quality in every case.

The role requires a Bachelor’s or Diploma and C1 English proficiency, with experience in KPI-driven, high-volume environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma or equivalent in any discipline.
• Must have C1 level English proficiency (reading, writing, speaking and aural comprehension).

Responsabilités

• Review, classify and/or remove user content per client policies.
• Maintain high quality and meet KPI targets.
• Escalate issues according to procedures.
• Protect confidentiality and handle user information securely.
• Participate in ongoing training and development.
• Follow all instructions and communications across channels.
