Job summary

SimplyGood Sdn Bhd seeks a Content Creator to lead social media content production across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, with roughly 80% production and 20% community engagement. You will generate, edit, and publish content daily, shoot and edit your own video, and move fast on trending formats to deliver SimplyGood versions the same day.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years making organic social content for a brand, or as a creator with real audience growth you can point to.
• A TikTok-first instinct with hooks and viral content proven in your portfolio.
• A storyteller's instinct — turn everyday product into watchable content people want to share.
• Daily use of AI content tools with portfolio proving lift.
• Ability to read engagement, follower growth and trend data, and act on it.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Greater KL, with office days at Damansara Perdana HQ.

Responsibilities

• Generate, edit and publish content daily, with at least 3 published posts per day.
• Shoot and edit your own video, working on camera as on-screen talent and directing others.
• Track platform trends, competitor content, and what's working in the category.
• Own social media accounts end to end: schedule, calendar, and consistent cadence.
• Reply to comments and DMs quickly, nurture the community, and keep tone consistent.
• Source, edit and repost UGC, surfacing customer stories and testimonials as content.
