Job summary

Metrojaya in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a content marketing assistant to support digital campaigns across social media, mall events and promotional activities. You will help create engaging TikTok/Instagram/Facebook content, assist with video shooting and editing, and develop ideas for campaigns.

The role offers opportunities to experiment with AI tools to boost productivity and content quality, while collaborating with internal teams and external partners to deliver timely marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in social media, digital content and marketing.
• Creative thinking with a good eye for visual presentation and engaging copy.
• Basic skills in video shooting, editing and content production.
• Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram and Facebook content formats.
• Good communication, organisation and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn new digital and AI tools.
• Previous experience supporting events, campaigns, influencer collaborations or content calendars is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Create social media content for TikTok, Instagram and Facebook.
• Assist with video shooting, editing and content production.
• Develop creative ideas for promotional campaigns and seasonal activities.
• Support the preparation of marketing visuals, captions and content calendars.
• Assist with KOL and influencer collaborations.
• Support mall events, activations and other marketing initiatives.
• Explore and apply AI tools to improve content creation and productivity.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to support timely delivery of marketing activities.
