Job summary

SAPPHIRE PREMIUM (AUTOCARE) SDN BHD in Sepang, Selangor is seeking a Content Creator to craft engaging photo and video content for our automotive brand. You will manage our TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms, develop creative ideas, and tell our ARTSMEN story.

The ideal candidate has a diploma or degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or Digital Media, 1–2 years in content creation or digital marketing, and proficient editing skills with CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing or social media preferred.
• Experience managing TikTok, Instagram and Facebook.
• Basic to good knowledge of photo and video editing.
• Proficiency with CapCut, Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Creative mindset with storytelling and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create and publish engaging photo and video content for social media.
• Manage and grow TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and other platforms.
• Develop creative content ideas, campaigns and strategies.
• Capture BTS content and automotive lifestyle stories.
• Write captions and develop storytelling content for ARTSMEN brand.
• Edit videos and photos using CapCut, Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Manage content calendar and ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor social performance and suggest improvements.
• Engage with online community to strengthen brand awareness.

ARTSMEN Auto Aesthetic Atelier is an automotive detailing business specialising in car care and aesthetics, including car wash, tinting, coating, PPF and finishing services.

What You'll Do

• Plan, create and publish engaging photo and video content for social media.
• Manage and grow our TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and other social media platforms.
• Develop creative content ideas, campaigns and social media strategies.
• Capture behind-the-scenes content, customer experiences and automotive lifestyle stories.
• Write engaging captions and develop storytelling content that represents the ARTSMEN brand.
• Edit videos and photos using tools such as CapCut, Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Manage the content calendar and ensure content is delivered according to schedule.
• Monitor social media performance and recommend improvements.
• Engage with our online community and help strengthen brand awareness.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing or social media is preferred.
• Experience managing platforms such as TikTok, Instagram and Facebook.

• Able to work independently, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
