Job summary

Jora Malaysia seeks a dynamic Social Media & Content Creator to plan, produce, and publish engaging automotive content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Shopee. The role requires hosting on camera and delivering at least five video posts monthly, while aligning with promotions and brand messaging.

You will craft content on tires, car care, maintenance, and tips, manage scheduling, and engage with viewers during live sessions. Flexible working arrangement in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of cars and automotive products.
• Comfortable appearing on camera.
• Energetic and engaging personality.
• Familiar with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Shopee.
• Basic knowledge of video content creation, editing and social media management.
• Creative, proactive and willing to bring new ideas to the table.
• Able to understand social media insights and marketing metrics.
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to meet deadlines.
• Automotive industry experience is an advantage.

Plan, create, and publish engaging video content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms.

Produce at least 5 video posts per month.

Willing and confident to appear on camera and act as the face/host of the brand.

Develop automotive-related content including tires, car care, maintenance, promotions, tips, and educational content.

Manage video posting, captions, hashtags, and basic social media content scheduling.

Live Hosting

Conduct at least 3 live sessions per month.

Host and present products, promotions, and automotive services confidently on camera.

Engage with viewers and answer questions during live sessions.

Marketing Campaign Management

Manage the allocated marketing budget effectively and ensure maximum ROI from marketing initiatives.

Provide regular marketing performance reports to management.

Stay updated on the latest social media trends, content formats, and automotive industry developments.

Work closely with management, sales, front desk, and workshop teams to understand current promotions, products, and customer needs.
