Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a skilled content creator to lead video planning, script development, and storyboard creation. You will coordinate shooting, lighting, and audio to produce high-quality videos for multiple platforms.

The role covers post-production, publishing on social channels, and ongoing content planning to drive audience engagement and brand visibility.

Responsibility

Video Planning

• Brainstorm and plan creative video content.

• Develop video scripts and storyboards.

• Research and identify target audience needs and interests.

Video Shooting

• Select and prepare shooting locations.

• Set up filming equipment such as cameras, lighting, and microphones.

• Shoot high-quality videos, including interviews, product demos, event coverage, etc.

Video Editing

• Edit and compile videos using editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).

• Add effects, animations, subtitles, and background music.

• Ensure the overall quality and consistency of videos.

Post-Production

• Adjust colors, audio, and visual quality of videos.

• Ensure videos meet brand standards and specifications.

• Create and integrate video covers, thumbnails, and other visual elements.

Publishing and Promotion

• Publish videos on social media platforms (e.g., YouTube, TikTok, Instagram).

• Optimize video titles, descriptions, and tags for better search engine ranking.

• Monitor and analyze video performance data to adjust content strategy.

General Content Creation

• Develop annual and quarterly content plans.

• Coordinate cross-departmental collaboration to ensure content consistency and coherence.

Multimedia Production

Social Media Management

• Manage and update company social media accounts.

• Monitor social media interactions and respond to user comments and feedback promptly.
