Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a creative Content Creator to develop engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and other platforms. You will produce short-form videos, product videos and promotional campaigns, crafting captions and scripts while ensuring branding consistency across campaigns.

You will edit videos and photos with CapCut, Canva or Adobe software, stay ahead of trends, and collaborate with marketing, sales and operations to deliver content for launches and festivals.

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop creative content ideas based on current trends and company campaigns
• Take photos and videos of products, outlets, events and promotional activities
• Write captions, scripts and basic copywriting for social media content
• Edit videos and photos using CapCut, Canva or Adobe software
• Follow social media trends, sounds, hashtags and content formats to increase engagement
• Collaborate with the Digital Marketing, Sales and Operations teams to develop suitable content
• Create content for product launches, promotions, festive campaigns and special events
• Ensure all content reflects the company's branding, product information and marketing objectives
• Monitor content performance such as views, likes, shares, comments and engagement
• Prepare a regular content schedule or content calendar
