Letrikon Engineering Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Site Safety Officer to oversee occupational safety on our construction and infrastructure projects in Malaysia.

You will ensure compliance with laws, inspect sites daily, investigate incidents, and drive corrective actions to protect workers and project timelines. The ideal candidate has a diploma with Green Book from DOSH, a CIDB Green Card, and a solid understanding of Malaysian safety regulations.

Formación

• 2-3 years experience in construction field or infrastructure as site safety officer.
• Minimum Diploma and above with Green Book from DOSH.
• CIDB Green Card.
• Knowledge of Malaysian occupational safety and health legislation and construction safety practices.
• Possess own vehicle and willing to relocate.
• Saturdays work is required.
• Willing to work extended working hours if project rushing.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and enforce compliance with occupational safety and health laws, regulations, and site safety procedures.
• Conduct daily site inspections to identify hazards and unsafe work practices.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Follow up on corrective actions and promote a positive safety culture on site.
• Handle questions from authorities and clients.
• Work independently without supervision.
• Maintain safety records, inspection reports, permits to work, and other relevant documentation.
• Undertake other on-site duties as assigned by PM/PE.
