You will coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities, leading site meetings and resolving issues that arise on site. The role requires strong leadership and a hands-on approach to ensure timely delivery within budget and to the specified quality.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and oversee construction projects from commencement to completion.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, schedules and quality standards.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and relevant authorities.
• Ensure compliance with JKR requirements, safety regulations and project specifications.
• Lead site meetings and resolve project-related issues.
