Job summary

SRA Builder Sdn. Bhd. in Penang seeks a dedicated project professional to oversee construction projects, planning, organizing resources, and ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards.

You will coordinate design reviews, implementation from initiation to completion, monitor progress, manage schedules and documentation, and prepare status reports to keep stakeholders informed.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Graduate diploma or Bachelor’s Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 2-3 year(s) working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Strong written skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to work as a team, assertive, independent and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Manage and plan assigned project, ensuring timely implementation, progression, and completion within the project timeline, cost effective and high quality.
• Assist on overall project development from design review, construction, to completion.
• Support planning, implementation and execution to meet timeline and approved specifications.
• Monitor submission status at various stages of the construction process.
• Manage schedules, budgets, assets and overall project organization; ensure deliverables dates are communicated and met.
• Monitor construction work against approved specifications, quality and schedule.
• Manage resource assignments and proactively identify potential challenges.
• Prepare construction reports and overall Construction Implementation Programs.
• Handle all project correspondence and documentation.
• Any other duties as assigned by management.
