Job summary

LSM CONSTRUCTION SDN BHD based in Johor Bahru invites a dedicated Project Engineer to join our team. You will oversee planning, coordination and execution of construction projects, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence and quality standards.

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Engineer in construction.
Proven track record of managing construction projects from inception to completion.
Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials and equipment.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Familiarity with relevant construction regulations and safety standards.

Responsibilities

Oversee the planning, coordination and execution of construction projects.
Manage project schedules, budgets and resources to ensure timely delivery.
Liaise with clients, subcontractors and other stakeholders to effectively communicate project status and address any issues.
Identify and resolve any technical or operational challenges that arise during the construction process.
Monitor project performance and provide regular progress reports to senior management.
Ensure all construction activities adhere to relevant regulations, safety standards and quality requirements.
Support the continuous improvement of project management processes and procedures.
