Qualifications

• Proven experience in independently managing construction engineering or M&E-related projects.
• Experience with IDC/Data Center or infrastructure preferred.
• Understanding of infrastructure/M&E systems such as power distribution, UPS, HVAC/CRAC, fire & low-voltage systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main communication bridge with client management teams.
• Manage overall project progress and provide timely updates to senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate and support internal teams to ensure efficient project execution.
• Supervise engineering activities related to IDC/M&E/infrastructure.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, project acceptance, and documentation.
• Follow up on billing milestones and payment collection.
• Maintain strong client relationships and support ongoing business needs.
