Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking a Compliance Manager to drive product regulatory compliance and AMLA oversight for a leading asset management house. You will collaborate with the Head of Compliance to ensure all fund products and marketing materials meet SC regulations and internal risk frameworks.

The role requires a Bachelor Degree or higher in Law, Business, Finance, or Capital Markets, and a solid understanding of regulatory frameworks in asset management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree is required in Law, Business, Finance, Capital Markets, or related field.
• Knowledge of Securities Commission (SC) regulations and AMLA oversight is essential.
