Job summary

Spritzer Bhd in Taiping, Perak, is looking for a Compliance Executive to manage audits, ISO compliance, risk assessments and regulatory duties. You will maintain records, investigate complaints, and support continuous improvement. The role requires 3+ years in compliance or EHS and a relevant degree, with relocation to Taiping, Perak.

Work hours are 8:00AM–5:30PM; salary range RM3,500–RM5,000. Excellent benefits include medical insurance, meal subsidies, and staff perks.

Qualifications

• Degree in a field related to safety, quality or environment.
• Minimum 3 years in Compliance, EHS, Audit or Management Systems.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
• Relocation to Taiping, Perak is required.
• Experience with audits, CAPA and root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal and external audits and track corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Conduct compliance checks, site inspections and risk assessments.
• Investigate customer complaints and non-conformities with root cause analysis.
• Maintain compliance records, certifications, licenses and documentation.
• Prepare compliance reports and support continuous improvement initiatives.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Compliance, EHS, OHS, Audit or Management Systems.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
• Experience with audits, CAPA, RCA and regulatory compliance.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 22000, HACCP, FSSC 22000 or GMP is an advantage.
• Good documentation, analytical and communication skills.
