Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and conduct rounds with team members to assess patient conditions and priorities.
• Execute doctor’s orders, coordinate with the team, and ensure accurate documentation and communication.
• Monitor patients continuously, manage vital signs and alarms, and respond to emergencies.
• Assist with transfers, discharge planning, and liaison with physicians and specialists.
• Participate in infection control, quality improvement, and safety initiatives.
