Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care that aligns with the hospital's vision and nursing services.
• Notify nursing leaders of situations impacting quality of care.
• Perform regular nursing rounds and communicate with patients and families.
• Maintain ward cleanliness and organization; prepare beds and linens as needed.
• Assist in transporting patients and accompanying to diagnostic tests or discharge.
• Record daily charges and manage intake/output charts.
• Support trained staff in various nursing care activities.
• Attend service meetings and participate in safety and quality initiatives.
