Job summary

KNK Homecare in Sungai Petani, Kedah is seeking caring, responsible caregivers to join our team. You will provide daily care to elderly residents, assist with bathing, grooming, feeding, mobility, and personal hygiene under supervision.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving or elderly care experience is an advantage.
• Caring, patient, responsible and compassionate attitude.
• Able to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Physically fit and able to assist elderly residents with daily activities.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willing to learn and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily care and assistance to elderly residents.
• Assist residents with bathing, grooming, dressing and personal hygiene.
• Assist with feeding and medication according to instructions.
• Support residents with mobility and daily activities.
• Monitor residents' wellbeing and report any changes to the nurse or management.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety and comfort of residents.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist nurses and other staff when required.
• Follow all company policies, procedures and care standards.
