Qualifications

Job description

Tosoh Advanced Materials – Kemaman, Terengganu

Responsible for driving approved passengers to and from destinations and instructed by the company.

On time pick up and deliver staff or guest to designated place safely.

Responsible for all company despatch duties which include collecting and sending documents, assisting in bills, settlement, banking matters and other related matters.

Perform checking and maintenance for the company's vehicle regularly and always keep it clean.

Driving to the airport or any meeting locations.

Standby to fetch guests as per schedule.

Will drive with due care and always obey the law and ensure driver's license is valid.

Keep and update driving records daily and submit them to the HR Department by the end of the month.

To perform gardening activities such as grass cutting, watering plants, pruning/trimming plant.

To ensure the hygiene of the garden and drainage system.

To practice cleanliness and tidiness by implementing 5S concept and practices.

Perform any other duties and ad hoc functions that may assigned from time to time by the management or immediate superior.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION

• Must have minimum SPM.
• Possess a valid driving license with good driving skills and a clean track record.
• Experience in related field and communication in English is an added advantage.
• Preference will be given to candidates residing in the Kuantan area, as daily commuting will start from Kuantan.
