Job summary

HEBE BEAUTY in Malaysia seeks a reliable company driver to transport staff, clients and packages, while upholding safety and traffic regulations.

You will maintain vehicles, log mileage and fuel, plan routes to beat delays, and stay overnight for outstation trips as needed. Overtime and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• SPM or equivalent is required.
• 2-5 years of experience as a company driver or similar role.
• Age below 30 years.
• Valid driving license with clean record.
• Familiarity with local traffic rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Transport assigned staff, clients and/or packages to and from destinations.
• Maintain vehicle in fuelled, clean and serviced condition; ensure readiness for daily use.
• Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and repairs.

Job description

Transport assigned employees, clients and/or packages to and from destinations.

Ensure compliance with traffic regulations and maintain a high level of road safety awareness.

Interact with employees & clients professionally at all times.

Vehicle Maintenance:

Ensure that the vehicle is always fuelled and ready for use.

Regularly inspect and maintain the company vehicle to ensure its optimal performance.

Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle ensuring it is fuelled, clean serviced, and ready for daily use.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of vehicle mileage, fuel consumption, and repairs.

Submit timely reports on any incidents, accidents, or damages involving the company vehicle.

Adherence to Schedule:

Ensure timely arrival at designated locations, meetings, or appointments.

Use navigation applications to determine the best route.

Research and plan for traffic, construction and weather delays.

Assist in planning routes to optimize travel time and fuel efficiency.

Any tasks or projects as assigned by the superiors/Company.

Job Requirements:

Possess at least SPM.

2-5 years of experience as a company driver or a similar role.

Age below 30

Possess a valid driving license with clean driving record.

Familiarity with local traffic rules and regulations.

Honest, disciplined, punctual. Neat and smart appearance, friendly and reliable.

Medically and physically fit with no criminal record.

Willing to work for overtime, weekends and public holidays with a flexible schedule when required.

Willing to drive outstation within Malaysia and stay overnight.
