Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Engineering or equivalent.
• Zero to two years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of marketplace conditions and pricing trends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regional/global responsibility for a commodity's pricing and supplier relations.
• Quote and negotiate products and services quarterly.
• Develop cost of customer bids within response time objectives.
• Support bid activities with site teams to meet customer commitments.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews with top suppliers.
• Coordinate supplier communications and resolve performance issues.
• Provide product cost support for geographic markets.
• Prepare bids including BOM, cost analysis, and management presentation.
• Update material prices database and analyze BOMs for competitiveness.
