Job summary

Data Tek Engineering Services Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a results-driven commissioning engineer to independently test and commission electrical or mechanical systems in data centers.

You will develop and execute commissioning plans to verify equipment meets design specifications and performance targets. You will troubleshoot on-site issues, coordinate with contractors, prepare detailed reports, and participate in technical meetings to report progress and risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• Minimum 2 years of commissioning experience in data centers or related.
• Familiarity with UPS, transformers, power distribution, and cooling systems.
• Proficient in commissioning processes and standards such as TIA-942 and ASHRAE.
• Strong communication and cross-team coordination skills, with willingness to travel.
