Qualifications

• Qualified law degree with 4–6 years in law firms or in-house.
• Experience with data centers, telecoms, or real estate dev preferred.
• Proven ability to draft and review commercial contracts.
• Strong English communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate MSAs, SLAs, and data center contracts.
• Provide legal support for government relations, licensing, and permits.
• Assist due diligence, closing, and post‑closing integration for assets.
• Coordinate with GR and external counsel on regulatory submissions.
• Monitor regional regulations affecting data center operations and energy.
