Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in IT/CS/Business Admin with internship placement letter.
• Fluent in English with strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Office management including supplies, pantry, and stationery control.
• Involvement in office enhancement projects and vendor onboarding.
• Create and administer internal and external project records (SAP).
• Prepare milestones, invoices, and follow up on payments from customers.
• Check and approve travel claims and expenses; support partner registrations.
