IKEA in Sarawak is recruiting a Comm & In Specialist for IKEA Small Store. You will position the store as the first choice for home furnishing in the local market and deliver inspiring, commercial solutions that enhance customers’ life at home.

You’ll lead layout and visual merchandising to create a strong, easy buying flow and collaborate across teams to maintain brand identity and customer experience.

As a Comm & In Specialist, you contribute to positioning IKEA Small Store as the leader in Life at Home in the local market. You achieve this by demonstrating how people’s everyday life at home can be improved through relevant, functional, aesthetic and commercial home furnishing solutions. You secure the visual uniqueness of the IKEA range and create inspiring shopping experiences that strengthen the IKEA brand and drive business growth.

Your assignment

• Contribute to positioning IKEA Small Store as the first choice for home furnishing in the local market.
• Provide inspiring and commercial home furnishing solutions that improve people's life at home.
