Job summary

Singtel KL (Sudong MY Sdn Bhd) is launching a new Shared Services Centre in Kuala Lumpur and is seeking a Collection Executive to strengthen cash flow and customer relationships. The role covers end-to-end collections, including engaging with customers, resolving billing inquiries, and coordinating with internal teams to address issues efficiently.

The ideal candidate has strong AR experience, hands-on SAP ERP/SAP S/4HANA knowledge, and excellent communication skills to work with offshore

Qualifications

• Strong collections and accounts receivable experience, preferably within Telecommunications or a large enterprise environment.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ERP and SAP S/4HANA.
• Comprehensive understanding of account clearing, cash application, reconciliation, and customer account management.
• Experience managing complex and high-value customer accounts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with offshore customers and cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and drive collections activities across dealer and special purpose account portfolios.
• Handle offshore customer accounts and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
• Perform account reconciliations, cash application clearing, and allocation activities.
• Resolve payment disputes and collection issues in a timely manner.
• Work closely with major accounts to ensure timely collection and account maintenance.
• Monitor aged debt and support achievement of cash collection targets.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve collection performance and account accuracy.

The Collection Executive is responsible for managing customer accounts to ensure timely collection of outstanding payments while maintaining positive customer relationships.This role supports the end-to-end collections process, including engaging with customers, resolving billing enquiries, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to address issues efficiently. The position plays an important role in supporting healthy cash flow, reducing aged debt, and ensuring a consistent and professional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
