Job summary

Zuspresso (M) Sdn Bhd in Shah Alam is seeking an Outlet Supervisor to manage daily operations in a fast-paced cafe environment, ensuring smooth service and high customer satisfaction. You will oversee cleanliness, safety, QAQC adherence, stock control, staff scheduling and supervision, liaising with the Outlet Manager, and producing performance reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the food and beverage field.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Malay.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Energetic, responsible and willing to learn new knowledge.
• Possess own transport and be willing to travel.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced outlet environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure outlet cleanliness, safety and health standards in line with QAQC requirements.
• Manage stock ordering and inventory levels.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve operational concerns professionally.
• Supervise and support outlet staff.
• Prepare staff schedules to support effective outlet operations.
• Liaise with the Outlet Manager on daily operations and team matters.
• Monitor outlet performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Produce accurate operational and performance reports.
• Adhere to company and outlet standard operating procedures.
• Complete ad hoc tasks and duties assigned by management or the Outlet Manager.
